Welcome to Chic Pole, a company providing Pole Fitness classes to North and Mid Wales and North West England.
We offer many types of classes, workshops and parties that are fun, exciting and addictive!

No experience is needed....... Just come with an open mind and a positive attitude!
Our students range in age from 18 to 50+.
Pole Fitness caters to women from all walks of life. It really does not matter what size you are, how much you weigh or how tall you are.... our pole fitness is for every body.
Who we are
Zoe brings strengths in teaching and a graceful style as well as being proof that anyone can learn pole with dedication and hard work.
Growing up Zoe competed professionally in many shows and competitions which also led to an inordinate amount of stage experience. She ceased training as a dancer during her mid teens but missed her exercise regime... so 2 years ago Zoe decided to try Pole Fitness. Her hobby grew into an addiction!

Zoe is a trained ballet, tap, modern, disco and jazz dancer and a qualified ETM instructor.

The first recorded pole dance dates back to a myth from ancient Sumerian times involving Inanna, the Goddess of Love. Since then Pole Dancing has been revolutionised into a form of fitness.
Whether you're new to pole fitness or an established dancer, we can offer courses to suit everyone. Women of all shapes and sizes attend our courses. So come with an open mind and be prepared to have a lot of fun!
Advanced Level 2 (continuous training) £6 per lesson or purchase is blocks of 4 for £20
Group drop in classes are held in between courses to prepare you for the next level at £5 each
*Group courses are for 4 or more people

Package Deal: All of the above package deals are available in beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Venues: Pretty much anywhere!
Beginners Pole: Basic spins, poses and toning exercises using the Pole. For those ladies who want to learn how to pole dance I will teach you a beginners pole routine. You will learn how to spin on both static and spinning poles to increase stamina and tone your body!
Intermediate Pole: Inverting (going upside down), some pole tricks and floor work which will increase your stamina on the pole. The pole spins and tricks can be incorporated into the pole routine.
Advanced Pole: Advanced tricks and transitional moves which really work your muscles from head to toe!
Venues: Anywhere within North and Mid Wales and North West England however we will consider further distances should there be enough ladies who want to participate.
Chic Pole will attend regular pole fitness and dance events where all students will be invited to attend. We will also keep you up to date with Pole Fitness competitions throughout the UK. There are some fantastic pole tricksters and dancers out there and it is fab to join them once in a while for a good ol' pole jam!

£200.00 for 2 hours.
Max 12 persons per event. Refreshments included and a team picture for memorabilia.
